At Scantra Innovations, we believe in supporting our customers as far as possible and have therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
We do not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
However, refund or replacement is possible if the customer can establish that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team.
Your request will be considered only after the merchant/vendor inspects and confirms the issue.
The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you believe that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please inform our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt.
After reviewing your complaint, the team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any service or support issues.
If a refund is approved by Scantra Innovations, the amount will be processed and credited back to the customer within 6–8 business days.
